At Prairie Trails our staff is
committed to providing unparalleled service and the highest quality and
variety of casual and fine dining experiences possible. Our menu offers
a wide array of gourmet cuisines, great house specialties and delicious desserts. On week nights our Chef Richard Patton prepares different specialty buffet's. Our hours of operation are as follows: Lunch is served between 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. and dinner from 5:30 P.M. to 9 P.M.. We offer ethnic buffets sure to tease your taste buds on specific Tuesday evenings. Wednesday evenings we offer our Build-Your-Burger buffet featuring an 8oz. Black Angus Hamburger. Thursday evening our special entree' is smoked Black Angus Prime Rib smoked in our smoker by our Chef. Friday evening our special entree' is our Chef's Choice Fish special which is selected each week by our Chef. Sunday morning's we offer our Sunday Brunch from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M.. Hold your next meeting, wedding, reunion or special event at Prairie Trails. We have a detail orientated professional staff to accommodate everyone's requests. Our Club offers an elegant atmosphere with creative menu's sure to please! Facilities are available for members or non-members.
